3. If a dancer streches with a certain series of streches, then they will kick higher than if they used a typical stretching method.
4. I plan to stretch 22 girls out. The first day we will all do the same stretches and I will measure the height of the kick. The second week every girl will be assigned one type of stretch and a period of time of stretching. I will then measure the height of the kick after those stretches. I will do that for 2 more weeks and after collecting the data I will see which stretch helped most improve.
